We used John Mussen to sell our home in Laguna Beach last summer and he exceeded our expectations.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I did a lot of research to see who the best choice would be based on the investment they make into selling the property time and effort and how they promote their listings. John Mussen stood out as the best Laguna Beach has to offer!

We spoke with John and then met him. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data about how many homes he has sold, how long his listings stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area.

John made the process easy.

He provided an amazing interior designer that staged our home so beautifully we almost didn’t want to sell it. He also provided a professional photographer that also did drone and Matterport videos.

When we saw our listing, we were blown away. His hard work really paid off - our listing looked amazing and sold very quickly.

We have explored Realtors in the past and they have been pushy - trying to make the sale. Not John what so ever. He genuinely wants to make sure you’re comfortable with the home (he does a soft inspection and points out important specs of the house) neighborhood, mortgage payments, and offer. It was like working with a friend who’s looking out for your best interest.

We did all of this in a not so great housing market. The amount of patience he has, I mean I have to give him kudos. We changed our minds on a few homes and he was always so positive and said let’s see if something else will list. (Side Note: Lots of driving! ??)

John was amazing!! I would definitely recommend him; in fact, I've used his recommendation when I refinanced my house. His down to earth advice without all the technical terms and putting all pros and cons side by side to assist in the decision making. Even when our transaction was going sour due to contingencies, John kept his cool and worked through it explaining each process -- what it meant, what he would recommend do.
